Welcome to Penny Williams Acupuncture! I am based in Aroma, next to the beautiful Llandaff Fields in Pontcanna, Cardiff.

​

I have a BSc degree in Acupuncture from the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading and have been in practice since 2006.

 

I help clients with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, headaches and migraines, pain, feeling generally out of sorts or stuck, and much more.

 

I specialise in women’s health having done additional training in Gynaecology, Fertility and Obstetrics.  I help women with cycle / menstrual issues and PMT / PMDD, (peri)menopausal symptoms, and fertility.

 

My treatments are tailored to each person to support their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing in a supportive and relaxing space. My clients leave the clinic feeling calmer, more relaxed, and more resilient. 

 

I am a Member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC), the UK's largest, self regulatory professional acupuncture body. Members are bound by a strict Code of Ethics and a Code of Professional Conduct and Safe Practice.​
